Excellent service from So-Cal Plumbing & Rooter to clear a stubborn kitchen sink clog. The owner is a very experienced and efficient plumber, who came out to my home the same day as I called with the right equipment, and knew exactly what to do (and what not to do) to quickly clear my clog. We had our water heater installed by Jose. He was prompt to arrive when he said he would be here. He diagnosed the problem and explained it thoroughly. He did the repairs at my convenience and did some extra work to make life easier for me. All charges and warranty information was explained. I highly recommend him and trust what he says.

Good people work here. I called them out for helped with what I thought was clogged gas line. Turned out my line had a separate on off valve that was off. They pointed it out and we had a bit of a laugh about it. In the end they fixed my issue and were kind enough to wave any charges. These are my go to guys for all plumbing issues from now on. Nice to have honest and fair people out there.

Two weeks into our new rental and we were faced with a gas leak. This team came in and found three gas leaks in their thorough inspection of our lines. In securing our gas lines, they pointed out a water line problem that ended up being another mess in disguise.

We had a plumbing nightmare! Major main line stoppage! We were starting a remodel at the same time this happened. So. Cal Rooter came we had to put a liner into our main sewer line and into the fee drain lines. Jose and Alex are some of the best, Their crew is top of the line... Great job Alex, Jose & the team at So Cal Plumbing & Rooter. I'd like to think of myself as a thorough customer. From multiple quotes, to research of causes and solutions to anticipated costs. Trust me when I tell you that these guys are the real deal in quality, fair price, and customer service. I have had them install a water heater a few months ago and now a cast iron pipe clog that needed to be cut and replaced. They gave me options, they were not pushy and respected my time to decide.
